#1 will _NOT_ have the spoiler if it's produced. Lots of good designs to choose from (IMG:style_emoticons/default/cheer.gif) Hands down victory for #1 then! (minus the spoiler) In my opinion... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/first.gif) All very cool designs. Whatever wins, I can't wait to get one! Hopefully the grill won't need to be modified to mount it like it did with the club badge. No matter which badge gets produced, it will be cool to have something to tie us all together.
As far as the modification on the club badge, what was the issue, hole spacing for studs off the back? |

No matter which badge gets produced, it will be cool to have something to tie us all together. As far as the modification on the club badge, what was the issue, hole spacing for studs off the back? The mounting stud (single not double) was too wide to fit through the grill. So, as I understand it, members had to widen the grill where they wanted the badge. I have one and can post pics if it would help. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) |

These will be a double, so they shouldn't be a problem.

Looks like 1 so far, would like to get this wrapped up so we can get production. Monday we will have the winner so vote now! A few suggestions about #1 ... - Ditch the rear spoiler - Make the black/red/gold sections actually follow the horizontal globe lines - Put the "WORLD" and "Since 2006" close together and center them over the black outline of the car (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif) I'll make updated artworks with the various fixes and suggestions. Whoever is making these pm me the needs for the production file. I used to do sign cnc work from Coreldraw so it's up my alley. The bottom of the webpage says since 2002... is 2006 correct? |

Wait... don't you get the final say anyways? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif) ... The bottom of the webpage says since 2002... is 2006 correct? Well, i did say we'd put it up for voting. As far as the date goes, "world" came to be in 2006. Before that, we were 914Club, which started in 2002. The website never changed much, if you look at older posts, they're all here from late 2002 up to today. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) |

The layout is being done up now. We will have an extra $2.50 per badge for the gold finish, but it will be classy.
I Hope to have the 1st sample before Christmas, but have not been given time line yet. My best guess is they will be mid January, I will post a thread as soon as it gets more solidified. Mark Attached image(s) |

Mark I was working on updated artwork right now. Spent too much time messing with jack stands..... Car silhouette based on the blueprint instead of my 914turbo logo. White letters and not metal as in the selection grid? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/uploads_offsite/lh5.googleusercontent.com-431-1418108953.1.jpg) |

Gotta say, sprockets and beer caps is what came to mind.
I've alway been a non-conformist,I don't plagarize to make it easy. Knowing what a gear profile is called and what it looks like is why. Something different and Original. I won't be hurt if you don't pick mine,it was a few minutes work, nothing to it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |

Not quite sure how I dorked it up, but I will change over to the all gold as voted on. Fortunately I had not finalized the layout. |
