If you happen to follow my build thread you saw the development of this part:
How it's Made! I ran it all summer with zero problems. Now that I am updating to a suby 5mt I no longer need this part. I am including a new vehicle side Deutsch weather proof connector and pins. If you are going to run an electronic speedo and want something cleaner than a fabbed bracket and some sort of tone ring, this is for you. Price: $100 shipped...obo Cheers Scott |

Does this provide speed sensor in place of the mechanical speedo or in addition to? It replaces the mechanical speedo drive. What speedo. is it driving? In my car it is driving the electronic Subaru instrument cluster. It can drive basically any digital speedometer. I would say any electronic speedometer but there are probably some bizzare analog gauges out there. |
