Great seeing a lot of you! Cars looked great!
Mike convinced my wife that we have to go to WCC (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) My wife said we have to take the 914 (Or her genesis)... So now I get to put some money in it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Life would not be complete without a little drama... I headed down Hwy 160 and suffered from a failed main relay. I managed to get it restarted 3 times and make it another 5 miles from the initial breakdown. Ultimately my starter gave up the ghost and I had to tow it home from Walnut Grove. $239 to my door. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)
Second time in a month on the back of a tow truck. At least it was different issue this time. New relays and new starter on order. I knew the starter was going. It sounded like shit. I did make it home and the only other damage was the plasti dip on the rear wheels. Time to peel and respray... |

Here are a couple more pictures. This 356 was beautiful. The white/green 914 was a very clean -6 conversion with flares. Mueller, It looks like I see Jeff Stroud taking a better picture of it with his phone.
What a great turn out of world members all with nice cars and perfect weather. We need to do this more often! |

The white with green is a long time member here. Lives in Rocklin. Has a couple other nice cars too...
Racerx9146 is his screen name... As I recall, it was built from a wrecked original six so it has everything but the VIN. |

Yea great turn out. It was great to see everyone again!
I have seen the white/green 914-6 in person many times, it is very nice. Great example of a 914 3.6 conversion. |
