Contact seller and ask him for a refund, if he refuses, reverse the charge on your credit card and be done with it.

If the sellers Feedback is 98% or better then you are protected by PAYPAL. First thing is to contact the seller, then leave Negative feedback, then contact PAYPAL for the full refund.
Should be no big deal.

yep..contact the seller first. I've had a few broken items come and I've been lucky enough that the seller rectified the situation every time. So far I've had really good dealings on ebay. Don't let the first time woes shy you away from ebay!

contact the seller, they usually try to make things right, and if they don't feedback and paypal are your new best friends... I've never had to actually do that though... the threat is enough. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

I would go ahead and leave negative feedback, then contact paypal.
