So while I was waiting for the Seahawks game to start, I was putting the rubber in the engine bay. Not sure if I'm doing the rear section correctly. The flaps that stick out are two different sizes. Does the shorter one go on the bottom?

Also, since I'm not going to have the electric fan in the engine bay for the heater, so I dead head the two wires that supply power to it or has someone come up with an alternative use for these?
