Gawd! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) You've got to love that old school 50's car culture!
You just have to love the streamline & jet age/space age over the top designs of the era from the US Automakers' hey day!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/flag.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) . But you'll have to go to the individual auctions' links to see what Porsches are on tap! Velocity did a show on the future liner. Took a year for a frame up up restoration. It was literally wheels and a box of parts when they started.

If you look at the Porsche results from Gooding & Co. Scottsdale auction, you'll see some amazing sales prices. Makes you wish you kept every air cooled car you've ever owned!

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I've got some pix of 2 other cousins to the FutureLiner that have been at the big Pismo Vintage Trailer & RV Show over the past few years in restored condition. I'll have to find them & post them here! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/type.gif) |

I think they are all accounted for, but in different states of repair |
