My new coffee table book:

"Porsche Turbo USA - The Racing Cars, A Picture History"

Few posed pictures, mostly great track and pit photos and tons of detail on car and engine configurations.

Brought back a flood of memories. Has a lot of shots from back in the late 70's and early 80's when I never missed an IMSA race at Sebring. Man, I miss those days! ... whistling twin turbos at 4am spitting four foot flames as they downshifted into the hairpin with brakes glowing cherry red!

I might just pack up the whole family and head on down this year. They say they have a family section now at Sebring, so perhaps we can avoid too many "wardrobe malfunctions". : ) or drunken human bowling ... or people with scuba gear diving naked in vast pits of mud ...
