I'd like to add a 3rd brake light, and do like the one I have on the Jetta, but looks like I would be brake light challenged to even begin to mount/make that work? Probably wouldn't work, as it was designed to be inside.

I'm thinking this might work.
I just rolled a piece of 1/2" square tubing to the curve of the roll bar, and used the plasma to cut out one side, and smoothed off the edge, and then spot welded some tabs/feet on the ends on the up side. I got a couple of square plugs to cap the end. Hopefully the tabs will tuck up in behind the roll bar pad. Plan on using that 2 sided sticky whatever it is called on the tabs to hold to the glass.      |
