I picked up my '72 from my mechanic and the battery died on me that day. he said i needed a regulator. apparantly he is charging me $100 for the part and the install. how much is this part generally(i cant seem to find it listed) and does this sound resonable for an install? thanks!

QUOTE(mskala @ Jun 3 2003, 04:20 PM) Oh yeah, that type does go on the outside of the relay board, not covered by the cover. (There is a pigtail to the connector). But it is cheap and better than relying on the mechanical one. The key word is VR650, not Por$che Like this? Attached image(s) |
