Howdy,

I'm running dual Weber's on my 2.0 914. The heads have ports for plumbing a breather box. Would this be the right part for the job?
On aircooled.net
Part #: ECO0020

I would plumb both heads and the oil filler cap too. Right?

I finally have the car running and took it for a drive around the block. No brakes though.... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/blink.gif)
Just a few more tasks....

Cheers,
Nate

It will work. No provision for a drain though.

Hell, we used a quart oil can.

No provision for a drain though.

The oil filler connection IS the drainback to the crankcase. I have this identical breather box and it works like a champ. Just make sure it's mounted higher than the filler connection for proper draining.

DO NOT USE the plastic-type hose included with the kit. I thought it was heat shrink tubing at first. It's a POS, kinks, and guaranteed to split wide open right after the engine warms up. Ask me how I know ...
