Do you think this bumper can be repaired/straightened/re-chromed or is it junk? It looks to have been worked on before. There is some brazing or ? on the backside picture. There are small tears in the metal. Can this be worked. I'm not looking for a concourse bumper just a decent looking DD. Thanks for any and all feedback or suggestions... It cant hurt to try.

I was able to use a press and some blocks of wood to reshape one that I had. It turned out ok, not perfect but not bad!
