I was heading out to the store earlier this afternoon, and I spotted a very familiar shape in a garage I was driving by. I stopped and talked to the guy out in front of the house. The car is a red widebody 914 owned by his brother in law, who is building it with his son. Those two were out picking up a small-block for the car--though I saw what looked like a 1.8 air cleaner on the ground next to the car.
The work looked pretty good from a distance--I wasn't about to crawl over it without the owner's permission. Anyway, does that belong to anyone on the board? --DD |
