Setting up the rocker assemblies today, using the Type 4 Store solid spacer kit. Aluminum spacer between two steel washers. What is the recommended clearance on these? They are all too big, and need to be sized, don't want to take too much and have play or too little and have binding in the rocker assemblies.

Thanks!

and yes the obligatory pics cause I know you need them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif)

I can't remember. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) I thought I had that problem when re-assembling. IIRC, I caught myself doing something stupid and things did fit. Are there 2 different journal lengths between ex & in rockers?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

I ended up sanding mine until they didnt bind.

Just make sure that you can spin them and they dont bind anywhere in the rotation.

If the end caps got switched around it can change clearance. I had to swap them around to find the set that matched and gave me the proper clearance. But then again, I could be totally messed up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)
