I just saw another post regarding engine tins on the underside of the cylinders by the exhaust headers which got me thinking. My engine is a GC 2.0 from 76 withe the late exhaust and there were no tins installed when I got the car
I am going to install the earlier 74 exchangers/exhaust, do I need to get these missing tins? |

Yes. You need the correct tins for the exhaust you are using.
