That seat looks pretty safe! Looks like the ones from the cafeteria in grade school but without the legs.

Those cars are scattered all over the world and many of the pictures are very old - the one with the Formulas cars on top of each was over near Orlando after the Hurricanes of 2004. The Peugeot is not abandoned, but the picture is staged to look that way
