I would like to see a list of vendors that proclaim to have customer service but will not answer their phone. I will start the list with:

1. Harbor Freight.

At&T. Bastards.

I logged onto their site for my business lines, I need to cancel one. There is no place on the site where you can cancel a line. You can only add to your account. The 800 number dolly could only talk about Uverse and upgrading my "service". She wouldn't cancel the one line. There is more.

Bastards.

Don't be too hard on 'em- 2 or 3 employees for every 50 customers... it's the WalMart syndrome. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)
