This week in Lake Havasu, Arizona (home of the London Bridge) is the WINTER BLAST XVI ANNUAL WESTERN PYROTECHNICS CONVENTION. On Saturday night there is a fantastic display of Fireworks when all the vendors show off their best stuff and try to out do each other.
I am heading down for the day with some car club friends. They say this event is becomming more popular each year with CA and AZ gear heads. The city park turns into an informal car show before the fireworks. We are leaving Vegas early Saturday morning and meeting up with some other guys in Kingman around 10. Then we are going to take the twisty back way to Havasu via Route 66 with a lunch stop in Oatman. Anybody want to join us? I have never been but it sounds like a great time. |

The Fireworks are very cool been the last 2 years don't know if can make it this year .When we do watch we are on the water in a boat off shore Very cool show
