OK, so I am looking for a stock 3.2 OEM Air Box for my car. Does anyone know if this will actually fit under the engine lid?

It fits with the manifold turned around.

Or leave the intake alone and just mount the air box on the other side. This keeps the throttle in the 'right place', but is more work because you have to fab the intake pipe and make mounts for the air box. Nothing really complicated.

Thanks for all of the options guys. I am sure Scotty will come up with something that not only works perfectly, but looks totally cool too. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif)

If you still need a 3.2 airbox I bought a brand new one from Suncoast for $213.00

Thanks - I was able to score a NOS one w/o the snorkel and then found a great snorkel too. Thanks for the offer though.
