The pumpkin is a 70 with a tail shifter.

I have the bushing kit and plan on doing this.

Any advice for what to do or NOT do?

Have done this before but it was sooooo long ago.

Is there a tech article somewhere?

Thanks

Pelican does have a couple of articles on their website that are somewhat useful for this. Here's one: 914 Shifting Improvements.

I'm sure there are other resources out there, just not sure where. Good luck!
