I got the bronze shifter bushing in this afternoon and went to put it in. I enclosed a picture with the directions. First part of instructions says to follow manual instructions. Second line says to place flange to the REAR of the car. This makes the bushing go in just opposite of the factory plastic one. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
