definately not a 73-4.

rear solid bumper is a dead give away of 75+
frame damage in rear quarter suspension makes it a part out

You could easily double the value of that car, by filling the gas tank (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif) But then that would be a waste of expensive gas, especially in California.
