Ports are marked E and C, what goes where?

The internal components is a Porsche factory oil thermostat as found in a 911

I was told those were originally designed for a 930. I got one years ago, never used it, and pirated the t-stat for a 6. I've always used the t-stats from BAT

I remember those things being advertised in Panorama back in the 80's. Never tried one though. I use the Mocal one (the one BAT sells) on my racecar. I like that they come in -16 fitting size.

My car has one but I think it looks a bit different - may just be the fittings/adapters. I'll see if I can decipher the routing for you.
