Steering wheel looks very worn for 24k miles. But looks like a nice car.

110 pics isn't enough, huh? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
Seems to be idling really low in that video. Surprised it doesn't stall out. Gobs of undercoating on the front trunk pan. I'd be suspicious of the no rust claim. Looks like one of the rear KYB shock holders has rust through...and what else??? |

It's been repainted at least once. You can tell from the poor masking around the door sticker.

"Fasten Seatbelt" light in a 1972? My early '72 didn't have one.

I think that it claims it twice in the ad, once in the info section of the car and once in the sellers area "VIN: 4722917278 Matching NumbersZERO RUST - NEVER Restored24,413 Miles On OdometerFULL ORIGINAL DocumentationAll service logs stampedMeticulously MaintainedStone Cold Starts ImmediatelySuper Clean Engine CompartmentImmaculate Interior & ExteriorRear Wheel DriveBRAND NEW TiresSolid Black UndercarriagePremium Audio w/ CD' |

"It is all original, and has never been restored"
Except it has been repainted. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) Oh, and the engine was rebuilt and clutch, etc replaced at 14900 miles on the odo. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) |

Stating the miles on the odometer as 24xxx is a fact.
claiming those miles to be original are two every different things. He only states the miles. Not once did I read through the ad and think he was claiming otherwise. He even said, "showing on the odometer" |

A lot of things changed mid-year on the MY 1972 (besides brakes). I can now add the Fasten Seatbelt light to the list. Thanks! |
