Was doing some cleaning underneath the car. While cleaning the rear suspension a small chunk of bushing fell out in my rag. I think you can see the damaged bushing in the pic. Is this an easy replacement? Would prefer to do it myself. Are these available oem or possibly 914 Rubber? Assume its not a problem to drive until I get to it.

here is my stovetop recipe; other wise using a c-clamp is sometimes hard to manipulate in the confined area.
