I have a 1974 914 that did not come with a center console. I have acquired a center console and want to drill the holes and mount it as close to factory as possible. Does anyone have the measurements for the placement of the factory mounting holes for the center console under the dash?

Mount console to floor first. Mount the top bracket in console swing it up and mark your holes. Factory mount had plastic plugs like the ones used for plate brackets.

I just want to make sure it's positioned correctly. That's why I was wondering if anyone have or could measure where the holes are drilled under the dash for the center console. Any ideas?
