Well I got to ride in a beautiful one a few weeks back, but with a 901 trans.
It was one of the first 2.5L WRX engine swaps done by renegade. Power was all over the place, but to be honest the 901 ( which was one of the best shifting ones I have ever driven), was still clunky. I also feel that the stock ratios do not take advantage of the WRX torque curve. Still excited to get a ride in a full Subaru & trans swap. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) |

Some car company is coming out with a ELECTRIC turbo system,I think I heard about iit on Motorweek,.So how many years will that take for the after market to get,..???

They pull like crazy and the shifting is what we've come to expect from driving a Subaru- tight and precise, definitely worth the cash and time for a sweet setup. I'm cheating- putting the automatic in my conversion... then a manual after I get one set up the way I want. |
