After seeing McMark GT bumper I decided I needed one of those but was too cheap to buy one from McMark so I made my own.

Here is McMark's bumper with some elaborate cutting

I have about 8 hrs in to this at this point. My welding skills are not so good. An accomplished welder with a metal band saw could do this much faster.

The big difference I see is the radius

so 19.5" X 1.5" with a 3/4" radius?
