Happy Independence Day everyone.

Yesterday went with the wife on a twisty drive in her car. 350Z it was actually pretty fun. I got to drive up, she drove down after I had a couple of beers at Newcombe's Ranch up in the Angeles National Forest. Hadn't been up there since the big Station fire few years back. The forest stand of big Cedars are all gone but the wild flower were fantastic.

Always fun to see the range of cars up there and yesterday didn't disappoint.

Trying to talk the other half into a Cayman but she is having a hard time letting go of the Z.

A few Pics.

Nice 89 tail dragger...still air cooled.

Mt. Waterman....]

Spent many of a day here during my teenagerdom hanging out and skiing.

We just had more snow back then. Even at 7,000 ft. it was still pretty warm yesterday.

Everyone have a great Independence Day...and safe one.

That water actually comes from Anaheim. From a spring that runs under Disneyland. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/av-943.gif) See ya Sunday. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smoke.gif)
