Clay - "Oh.. and Betty says "If yellow is #1, then brown is #2." - that's too much !! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/clap.gif) Awesome - ROTFLMAO !! I have a bunch of pics on my website http://members.rennlist.com/mountain914 as well as The Rennlist Members Gallery, but feel I already post too many pictures here. If there's something specific you want, let me know ! Thanks *so much* for the compliments, darn thing has been sitting for over 2 years, perhaps this summer I'll get it going (I hope). There's a lot of beautiful cars out there and J.P. - looks like it's coming along nicely !! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beerchug.gif) |

Went to AX meetings all day, PCA & SCCA so I didn't get much done. One down, one to go. This is the easy part. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Hay, Bill.
Stock rockers, but cut off a bit where they pass behind the fenders. Got a set of Monocoque 10 X 16s comming ....9lbs ea. A pic, of course. The steelies were up in the air too long. The sellers came thru the day after I committed to these so I had to pass...even at 400 bucks.....that cost me a pretty penny. 2 of the wheels have 10 X 22 slicks in decent shape. I priced the 11 X 23.5s...ouch, you could have warned me. $250 tiars hurt a CSOB to the bone. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/w00t.gif) Attached image(s) |

Hey JP,
9lbs?....no shit? Never heard of that brand before. You sure they're made of metal? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/laugh.gif) Yep...those 23.5x11's ain't cheap. I've got the 22's and 23/5's and I'll see if I have much different times in Auto-x with the two sets. If the times are close...I'll use the 22's for auto-x and the wider tires for the track... When do you think you will be track worthy? Due to circumstances beyond my control, it looks like I won't be out until June or July now.... Bill P. |

Paint goes on the biggest pile of parts next weekend....come hell or high water. The hoods will be here early this week. One door is ready to shoot. One door is stripped but otherwise untouched......gawd....gotta weld on some brackets.... If I haven't kilt off all my brain cells when that's over, I'll get to wrenchin' . April 1 is my target date...only a month behind schedule. PCA AX on 17 April will be ULYFs comming out party.
