Flaky... Blower was always on. Move lever forward and back, fan won't turn off. Move it side-to-side, intermittently went off. Took it partially apart, cleaned it up a bit, sprayed it full of WD40, worked it back and forth... Yay! It's fixed!
Temporarily. Next day it's back to it's old tricks. Doh! Stupid hoaky contact switch design! @#! No wait, probably just stupid CO (current owner). Ugh... How do I fix this thing? Put in a toggle switch for the blower and let the lever just move the flap? Hold on, I want to do it right! Insight please? |
