Right in your back yard:

Black Forest Racing
6480 Denver Industrial Park Rd.
Denver, NC 28037

John Forbes is one of the best in the business. You should see him and a bunch of his cars at Okteenerfest.

I forgot to mention Rich Bontempi at:

HPH / High Performance House
2431 Spring St.
Redwood City, CA 94063

.. another Bay Area - soon to be ex- is McMark at Original Customs, but you'll need to get his new address from him when he moves back to the "frozen north central"!

Other Bay Area/NoCal & Central Cal guys/gals can chime in on their fav shops.

Cheers!
Tom

Bob Woodman Tires
22 John Galt Rd,
Beaufort, SC 29906

- i was just there yesterday - started with all air cooled /6 stuff, and occasionally a 356 or 914, but has grown and expanded they also too water cooled stuff too now-George("frenchie") has over 40 years with Porsche, worked on my Boxster. Bob used to race, teaches D.E. at Robeling Road, racing tires , just about everything old and new - if your in the south east and go to and SCCA racing you will see the Bob Woodman Tires trucks, he supplies race tires for drivers on this and other circuits - Bill H. (billh9163) has had his cars there as well. Does all kinds of race set ups, mods, etc etc. - but yesterday i saw all of this:
8 911 of various years, 70's, 80's and up to now, a boxster, 2 944's, and my Audi tt!
