looks like a Formula Vee wheel. if so they have the 'right' backspacing as opposed to most rivieras. the original center caps pressed in from the back side. originals were quite large and can be very hard to source

I agree, aftermarket hubcaps. However, I found this pic over in the O&H forum; different from the one pictured above but... prototype factory hubcap?
