Asside from it being really jumbled together what is particularly wrong with it?

V8 and cable shift?

It is a V8 with a 930 transmission and cable-shift.

At least the trans is worth something...hopefully the VIN doesn't come back as a famous chassis (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolling.gif)

Fugly! Don't let anyone take a pic of you sitting in it, as it now sits.

I don't even want to sit in it. It's nasty.

I'm already thinking that it will run off a 996 customer if one pulls through.

Ugly & rusty as it is, I hope there's a decent amount of salvageable parts there- hate cutting up teeners (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

The best part is the engine. The car came from Oregon and the engine may end up in an airboat in Florida. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Obviously, the 930 transaxle will be saved, as will the brakes, some suspension, the wheels and the fuel cell.

The doors and decks are fine. The rear fenders could be fixed up to go on a nice race car, and the Chalon nose can also be saved.

Top, seat shells, lenses, switches, gauges.....

I will save everything possible.

You may have the chassis for free. Come get it and save it. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif)

I heard about this one from Loren. Isn't it a Ford big-block, i.e. 460?

There's an orange 76 that's been sitting outside for over 8 years now, only 4 miles away from my house. That's a lot closer than Florida (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Might want to check out Michelle Benson's thread (AuCiel) to see if you have anything that matches up on her parts list.
