sold
I have a set of nearly new rear Boge shocks that came off of a parts car. I pulled them for the lower spring perches. I doubt the shocks have many miles on them as they are the black replacement shocks and hardly have any dirt on them. Complete with upper perches , bump stops and upper hardware. You will need lower perches. Off the same car is a pair of 100 LB aftermarket lowering springs in perfect condition. New shocks are about $122 each so I am asking $125 for the pair and $60 for the springs which are $100 new. Shipping at cost. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Bruce...I'll take the springs if they won't lower my rear anymore than it is now. I have the Boge perches on my car now. I have no idea what spring rate that is on there now. Spose I can measure it. Call me tomorrow or PM me. |

Hi Rob,
Don't know how low your car is now but is that due to sagging springs? Forgot of note that these are late springs. The difference is the diameter of the wire used to make the spring. Early are a smaller diameter (10mm vs 11mm I think) so you have to use the correct perches or the spring does not fit in correctly. I still have a set of 2.0L cylinders at the shop with your name on them. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/poke.gif) Will try to call you today. Bruce |

1. How much to send them to Santa Monica A. will send for $ 15 2 Also, were the boge perches only on the later cars? A. change was it 72 i think. Slip an open wrench (a spanner ) over the coil of the, spring to measure the diameter. 3. I have the perches but will the springs off the crap Kyb's fit. yes. i think all crap KYB shocks were for later or larger springs. The problem is trying to fit large springs on small perches. KYB perches are welded on. must be Boge. call me 951 536 74 seven ate. |
