Need engine bay shot, under battery, for the price not bad, worse case is you get another chassis. But we have all seen a lot of 914 brought back to life on these forums.
BTW, I'd cut the cage out. The from drop should be perpendicular to the logs. Also needs some diagonal bracing. Also does not look like it ties in anywhere up top. Normally they tie in on seat belt bolts. And would not know unless it has an inspection hole, what the tube thickness is. Could be Exhaust tubing. One way to know, is hit it with the round end of a ball peened harmer. Proper spec DOM will not dent, with out serious force, exhaust turning will. Not good for negotiation. Of course you could also take an Ice Pick to everything, and start reducing price by the amount of rust you find. BTW, the monster decal adds 10Hp to the car |
