Okay, I'll leave here at 6:30 and then swing by home (5 minutes away) and switch cars (I actually drove my truck to work today) and head down to SuperMex.

I'll check the traffic before I leave on 405 and if its ugly I'll try the other route using PV drive.

Looks almost identical to my Pace Arrow (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) Body style, trim, window placement. I'd have known if I could see the front. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/beerchug.gif)

I am glad I went! I had a great time! Big thanks to Lagunero for hosting us and for the most excellent food!!! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/chowtime.gif)

It was nice to meet everyone who went, and I'm looking forward to the next get-together!!

Slits was as entertaining as I expected!

It was kind of like a live show version of the board (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/slap.gif)

Anyway, good to meet all of you guys, hope to do it again soon.

Yeh, and when she jumped into the driver's seat, every alarm in the country went off. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) "Danger, Danger Will Robinson...Automotive Terrorist Alert...Danger....Danger"

PS, if anyone is looking for a solid beginner car...The "Root Beer" car is pretty cool.
