 Fog lights in a 75, need some help with wiring |

Hi All,
The PO of my 75 installed a pair of factory fog lights but never wired them in. I took a look at it today and I have 3 pair of leads coming from the loom. I'm pretty sure that the 2 forward pair are for the lights but I;m not sure what the 3rd pair is for. Am I missing something, possibly a relay? Thanks for your help, Rob Attached image(s)
