Man, this has been a rad project. I can't believe it's finally done. This is the first full restoration I've done where we didn't make any upgrades. Stock 2.0, stock suspension and brakes, just a few tweaks (removed side markers, SSIs, and non-stock muffler).
It's come a long way! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif) Attached image(s) |

I hate how much I like the shaved warts. Makes me want to shave mine but alas, I won't.

This is the first full restoration I've done where we didn't make any upgrades. Poly-bronze suspension bushings (or are those the bearings?), Tangerine Racing muffler, SSIs... Nope, no upgrades there! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) --DD |

Mark
It looks really fantastic and we appreciate your hard work and skill. It was a proper resto project and not an "upgrade", intended to come back to Europe, as the rarity that it is, and without the "warts". Its a thing of integrity and beauty, thank you Mark for all your hard work. We appreciate it. Kate & Brian |

Looks terrific Mark. It looks as if it is riding a little lower than stock too....or is that just the angle at which the pictures were taken?

Brian, Kate,
I have updated the 914 LE Registry with the new location and photos for this car...I think it may be the only Creamsicle in the UK! Congratulations on saving this rare 914. |
