1974 914 – 6 Conversion
White '74 914, --rust free car --painted by Dan Butts - German Technology. He's now retired and the business closed.

Body and Suspension
• Excellent chrome bumpers and perfect bumper tops.
• European lenses and side marker delete
• 914-6 GT style engine cover (have perfect original cover as well)
• SC front suspension, Konis, Elephant racing tie rod ends, bushings, etc.
• Weltmeister adjustable front sway bar, factory rear bar.
• Re-enforced rear trailing arms, Konis and adjustable springs.
• Re-enforced body panels welded in
• Genuine 6” x 15” Fuchs,
• Alloy S front brakes, PMB re-built 914-6 GT rear brake calipers, drilled and vented rotors
• NOS dash, new door panels, S Perlon carpet, seats, etc, all from Autos International. Gauges perfect, perfect steering wheel.
• Seats and backpad flawless.
• Camp 914 rear trunk shock conversion

3.0 SC Engine and 901 Transaxle
• 9:5:1 JE pistons and Mahle cylinders (re-built by previous owner and total miles on engine estimated to be less than 2500)
• Real 6 oil system (tank, cooler, etc)
• S Cams
• Re-built 901 “C” first gear and “H” second gear.
• Kennedy Engineering clutch and flywheel.
• 40 IDA Webers
• Early distributor gear on crank to run an early distributor
• Carrera tensioners
• K&N w/ Watershields (have beautiful early steel 911 air cleaner as well)
Real 914-6 heat exchangers, hooked up and working
• 911 muffler

Dealer installed AC system still in car (have underdash unit and will include it of course, no compressor) wanted to figure out how to mount a compressor but did not get it figured out.

Car built over several years (as usual). Engine re-built in 2010 and previous owner did not put more than 2000 mile on car. Purchased July 2013, estimate maybe 200 miles put on the car since purchased. Ensured with Hagerty and garage kept.

This is simple. This car is as nice as they get and it shows “if you come see this car and you are looking for a well sorted no excuses 914- 6 conversion you will buy this car”.

$42,500 and you could not build and sort out a car this nice for any less. PM me for information.
