I just got my October issue of Fourteener Motoring Magazine. There is a great article done about Mikes outlaw 914. I love outlaw anything and mikes' car is a great one. A 1.8 liter Audi engine that produces 325 horse power is about as outlaw as you can get. I love the innovation and engineering that went into this car. This car gets my nomination as 914 World "car of the year". (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Maybe after this post, I'll get a ride in it some day? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
Cheers, Elliot

He's COTM and the timing of the article is good.

It's very well deserved. Here's a guy that does that all from his garage, and takes it out and drives the snot out of it too.

Mad skills.

Thanks guys (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif)

Now I can post in the other thread about being an a magazine. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I must admit, other than installing my new Ferrari motor, I haven't done anything with my car since the Original Customs going away party. Too busy working I guess... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Steve and RobW did a great job with the article. Thanks!

I'll bet Mike never thought he would be featured in a magazine as a centerfold.

I think a 308 conversion to a 1.7 914 motor is awesome. Moonbeam would approve.
