seems they need to be installed to mechanism BEFORE mechanism is attached to car?

i aslo noticed that the bushings i made of poly were too lage OD and interfered with covers fitting, so i made these, to try on.

They are attached by 3 screws. There's a small nut plate at top, and each side. Don't need to pull the rotating assy.
