I agreed to purchase a set of front and rear chrome bumpers from a guy in Carmel Calif. address on Outlook Dr..
I spoke to him and his parents, he sent pics, everything seemed a okay. Sent the cashiers check, and only two replies to "WHERE ARE MY BUMPERS". Nothing since a few weeks ago, changed email adresses.
I cannot locate the phone number, and I only have a street name and address. I have names. So PM me if you can help.
