Not really what you're asking for, but Tangerine Racing has a kit for $325 which I really wish I had seen before starting to build my own since the time saved would have been well worth it IMHO. It's on the lower right side of this page.

This is what I used:
http://www.blueskymotorsports.com/index.ph...18&Itemid=6 But i spent close to what tangerine is costing in materials. If their kit is pre cut, it IS a no brainier! Good luck! |

Chris told me it's basically just a welding project. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) That's when I started lamenting not knowing about it since my materials cost is >50% of the way there. |

I don't know if a PDF posts here, but I have posted this before. This is the sketch I made when I built mine. I worked at a place that fabricated a lot of steel components and they had lots of scraps available. The plans aren't complete by any means, but it is what I used when I built mine. It's basically two tall engine stands tied together and arms that bolt on where the bumpers would attach.

I used the bluesky plans, I took the material list to local welding shop and had him cut the materials. $300.00 out the door. it would have been an additional 700.00 if he did the welding.
