Nominations are now open for COTM for January 2016.
A nomination must have a photo and members username, then be seconded by another member. Entries can not nominate their own car. Previous car winners can not be nominated (See below thread for previous winners), Members that have won but have another car worthy of nomination are encouraged to be nominated on the same token as everyone else. I am going to make this nomination open to all, however I will disclose the following facts and let you members nominate whom you wish. Over the past 37 winners below are the facts I have gathered. 20ea Narrow body cars 17ea Flared cars 13ea 4 cylinders (type 4) 21ea 6 cylinders (Porsche) 1ea 8 cylinder (928 engine) 25ea Appeared modified at first glance 2ea Non Porsche engine cars 1ea Track/Race car |

I nominate Dion's beautiful flared 73. It impresses me more every time I see it. Everything is very tastefully done, including the CIS:

I second or third each one of those cars- they are all just beautiful and deserving of winning in their own right.

Its unconventional but if thats what you want I am OK with it. Are you going to paint it or do major body work? Because its just taking a couple of pictures and they go up on the home page with a short description of the car or your feelings on it.
Let me know if you want OUT. |

Those other cars are awesome and look complete - good luck guys! My car is not, so yes, please take it out. By the way, being unconventional is a way of life for me - well said Andrew!
To answer your question: I have a dash to build/complete, passenger to accommodate, intake to redesign, cooling to optimize, etc. - there's much more to be complete. Thanks guys for your nominations - I do appreciate it! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Tony |
