Take two 914 badges, cut the 9 off of one, flip it over and epoxy it onto the end of the other.
If you cut the 1 off as well, then cut the top and bottom off the 1, you should be able to fake the "dash". Rattle can of gold paint (or gold leaf and some clear lacquer) and Bob's yer uncle mate.
