Whenever I mess with the throttle cable from the engine compartment (like to rve engine), the clevis pin assembly up at the gas pedal gets hung on the clutch cable clevis pin or attachment point simehow. In the center tunnel, is the throttle cable closer to the driver, or the clutch cable? It appears that the throttle cable falls onto the clutch cable and slips over toward the driver. What is the right order for these cables? Throttle then clutch (left to right)?

You may try adjusting the floor board at the gas pedal. Sometimes it makes contact with the pedal assembly.
