I think this restoration was a thread here but $34K for a non-original 1.8. How about 3 very inexpensive things that should be done: Jack hole plugs, sail panel vinyl and center caps for the Fuchs, what a couple hundred dollars on a car your asking $34K for. Also look at the picture with the steering wheel in it, see the speaker grill with no speaker inside and all busted up, you can pickup a nice original set for under a $100. I would love to see all the blacked out chrome trim up close it must have be in really bad shape not to leave the chrome finish. Perfect example of trying to ride the wave of the increase in value on these cars and doing it as cheap as possible and then asking the moon. Maybe a $15K IMO.
