I am at the point where I will be sand blasting the suspension and doing the 5 lug conversion. Do the trailing arms flex that much that they need reinforcement for a street car? And what length wheel stud should I use for the 5 lug conversion?

no and stock is just fine..... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) other wise your burning money instead of rubber

My .02c is while you have it down to clean metal, put in the console reinforcement pieces that you can get from CFR....lots of history with that area getting thin without anything showing 'til it cracks....it's a quick & easy job.
