Many 100lb springs actually lower the car but your old springs might have really been sagging. Any way, springs are springs, they don't make any permanent changes to the car and like you said, your mechanic caught some other needed items. Enjoy driving.

Yeah Dave, I see what you mean. I couldn't tell if it was just the big change that I was not yet used to or if the rear was really bit high. And Tom or someone mentioned that it might be a bit higher due to the new ones being 100 while the originals were 90lb. Steve, I'm curious if you have decided to stay with your car's setup as it now stands or if you might be considering lowering the car to stock height. A squared up stance on your car would look close to this: |
