Replacing the headlight relay (for low-hi beams- the square one on end of fuse panel) and it has an extra tab #30 which the original doesn't have. What wire goes to this?

Does it need power now? When I pull the wand to switch from lo to hi beams, nothing happens.

FYI- jumper from pin 56 to pin 30 makes everything work... with the new relay.
